As a franchisee, you will receive comprehensive business planning, and on-going monitoring mentoring and support. We will assist you in developing your area and give you the marketing expertise to do it.
We really do recognise that support is vital in the early days and as you build your business, we will be at hand to help and advice. As you become more established and confident, we gradually step back allowing you to be your own boss and build and grow your business.
Our franchise management team will work alongside you for a 7 day period to help you set up your business. This includes systems set up, clerical and office training, sub-contracting where necessary, sourcing vehicles, materials and legal insurance requirements.
On the Job Training
New Franchisees will receive on the job training where they will learn the basics of loading and unloading a removal van, customer care, safe and careful lifting, company stationery completion and health and safety.
Our sales and marketing systems are simplistic and effective and part of our head office support system is comprehensive on-going training. This is normally a two day visit, either at our head office or one of our trainers will come to you, whether you just need a refresher or a more in-depth training session.
Each franchisee, as well as on-going support from our management team, will receive our easy to use operation manual which gives an insight into the various customer care policies and procedures that are necessary in order to gain customer satisfaction in today’s customer orientated removals market.
