If it’s not possible or suitable to have one of our Move Managers visit your home in order to produce a quote, then we can arrange a virtual consultation to help us determine the volume and nature of the items to be moved, so we can provide an accurate quote and plan for a smooth relocation.

1. Booking the video survey: Once your assignee’s relocation is confirmed, we’ll arrange a suitable time for the survey that works around their schedule and commitments.
2. Joining the video survey: A scheduled Zoom call will be booked at an agreed time, and a surveyor or move manager will connect with you virtually.
3. Guided home walkthrough: With support from the surveyor, they’ll walk through each room, showing the items to be moved and raising any questions or concerns along the way.
4. Receiving a tailored move plan: After the survey, we’ll provide a detailed, personalised move plan along with a clear quotation.

To get the most from the appointment, your assignee should ensure their device is fully charged and connected to a stable internet connection. It also helps to plan their walkthrough in advance and identify any items of concern or special value.
