Late Key Waiver
On move day, waiting for the keys to your new home can be a frustrating and nervous time.
While we offer 2 hours of waiting time at no charge, after that it costs £90 (+VAT) for every hour that our men have to wait to unload your possessions.
However, we offer our customers the option to purchase a Late Key Waiver.
The cost of £60 (+VAT) will be added to your quote and this covers you if your keys are delayed up to 4pm on move day.

Cancellation Waiver
Sometimes plans change and if you’ve booked a move which you then need to cancel, then additional costs may be due.
If you cancel:
- More than 10 working days before the removal was due to start: No charge.
- Between 5 and 10 working days inclusive before the removal was due to start: not more than 30% of the removal charge.
- Less than 5 working days before the removal was due to start: not more than 60% of the removal charge.
- Within 24 hours of the move taking place; not more than 75% of the removal charge.
- On the day the work starts or at any time after the work commences up to 100% of Our charges.
Our Cancellation Waiver will cover the cost that would otherwise have been due to us if you cancel or postpone your move up to 24 hours before your booking.
Cost
The cost of our Cancellation Waiver is 15% of the total removal cost, subject to a minimum of £150.
The non-refundable cancellation waiver fee is valid for one cancellation/postponement. If you require cover for a subsequent move date, then an additional waiver fee will be required.
