Advanced Payment Guarantee
In the removals industry it is normal practice to require payment in advance of your move. Moving Home Made Easy is no exception.
However as we are part of BAR’s Advanced Payment Guarantee Scheme, you are protected in the event we have a financial failure and are forced to cancel your move.
The guarantee applies to private individuals moving home to, from or within the United Kingdom.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
As a BAR Member, any complaint against Moving Home Made Easy is handled exclusively by The Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman. They are a qualified, independent and approved Consumer ADR body.
The FHIO will only consider a dispute if all of the following criteria are met:
- You have been through our internal complaints procedure and we have been unable to reach an satisfactory resolution;
- A period of 8 weeks has passed since the complaint was initially raised, or we have issued a "viewpoint" letter;
- The matter was raised within 12 months of the service being delivered, and
- The dispute has not already been through the courts.
