Experienced Move Team
On move day, your skilled and experienced moving team will expertly manage the collection, transportation and delivery of your possessions to your new home. We don’t just move your furniture: we care for it as if it was our own.
Fully Insured
You will have peace of mind as your quotation includes £100,000 of in-transit and storage cover as well as £2,000,000 of cover when we are in your home.
Complimentary Packing Materials
Our Quotation includes a supply of cardboard boxes, tape and bubble wrap. These can be collected before your move. A full range of additional packing materials can be purchased. Please ask for details.
Key Delay Waiting Time
The transfer of keys on move day can be a bit unpredictable, but don’t worry the first two hours of waiting is free of charge. Anything after this will be charged at £90 per hour, pro-rata, ensuring our service remains fair and transparent.
No Cancellation Charges
We offer flexibility cancellation terms for any unexpected changes in your plans, with a 14-day cooling-off period after booking for peace of mind. Our commitment ensures you're at ease with rescheduling or cancelling your move.
Late Key Waiver We also offer a Late Key Waiver which protects you against the late arrival of keys on your move day. The cost to add our Late Key Waiver is £60 (+VAT).
Cancellation Waiver Sometimes moving home can be unpredictable, so we offer you the option to purchase a Cancellation Waiver. 10% of your total move cost (minimum £100 (+VAT).

Our Staff's Commitments in Your Home
- Senior porter to be the first point of contact and be fully accountable for ensuring the works specifications are met and complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Senior porter to brief and liaise with moving team regarding the works specifications and any individual customer instructions.
- To ensure all company policies and procedures including health and safety are adhered to until works completion.
- Ensure carpet protection is used where necessary.
- Ensure all furniture and effects are blanket wrapped whilst in transit or in storage.
- Ensure sofas and mattresses are nylon/plastic protected
- Ensure all furniture and effects are safely and carefully placed into our clients home in a manner to their satisfaction
